  2. Prepare 1 cup of oats.
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of semolina.
  4. It’s 1 cup of curd.
  5. It’s 1 of chopped potato.
  6. Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
  7. It’s 1 of chopped tomato.
  8. It’s 1 of chopped carrot.
  9. It’s 1 of small chopped capsicum.
  10. It’s 1/2 cup of boiled green peas.
  11. Prepare 4 tsp of peanuts or moongfali ke daane.
  12. It’s 1 of chopped green chilli.
  13. You need of Fresh coriander leaves.
  14. It’s 2 spoon of oil.
  15. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  16. It’s 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
  17. It’s 1 tsp of eno fruit salt.
  18. Prepare 1/4 cup of water.

  1. Wash poha and oats with water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 min,put poha and oats in mixi jar.add semolina and curd.make a paste.add little water about 1/4 cup..
  3. Now add all vegetables.add,peanuts, coriander, green chilli,salt and black pepper powder.mix well and add oil.
  4. Mix it.preheat the oven at 220 F for 4-5 min.grease the muffin moulds.now add eno fruit salt and mix it.transfer the batter in to moulds.bake at 220 degreeF for 25 minutes..
  5. Let it b cool.demoulds the muffins.garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle some sauce on the top….healthy breakfast muffins are ready…enjoy.
